We don’t require a credit score or extensive documentation. To get started, all we need is a government-issued ID and proof of cash flow to ensure monthly payments can be made on time. And of course, we will need information about the property.
To qualify, the Loan to Value (LTV) ratio must be at least 65% for a purchase or refinance and 70% for a second mortgage. This takes some math to compute, so we’ve made it easy! Use one of our calculators to get started.
