How do I update my bank information?

Benworth Capital does not have access to the system where you applied and is not able to update your bank information or accept any bank statements. You must make the change yourself on the Womply Portal. Benworth Capital is unable to make these changes for you.

  1. Go to the Womply website at womply.com
  2. Log in to PPP Fast Lane
  3. Select your application
  4. Click Update Bank Details
  5. Click Connect a Bank Account and follow the instructions to connect your bank account
  6. Click Update Account Numbers and enter the bank account and bank routing number for the bank you connected.

Carefully enter your bank account and bank routing numbers. If there is an error, funds will be rejected.

Benworth Capital is unable to make these changes for you.

How do I request a new DocuSign or Promissory Note?

Benworth Capital is working to fund the PPP loan you applied for with Womply. We are the funding source and do not have access to the system where you applied and we cannot request a new DocuSign or Promissory for you.

You can request a new DocuSign or Promissory Note online.

  1. Go to the Womply website at womply.com
  2. Log in to PPP Fast Lane
  3. Select your application
  4. Follow the on screen prompts to request a new DocuSign or Promissory Note

How do I cancel or withdraw my loan application?

You must send us an email to cancel or withdraw your loan application. You email must include:

  1. Your name
  2. The name of the business you provided on the PPP loan application
  3. Your SBA loan number
  4. Tell us If you applied through Womply or Lendio
  5. If you wish to cancel/withdraw your first and/or second loan.

What is the status of my loan?

You can view the status of your loan online.

  1. Go to the Womply website at womply.com
  2. Log in to PPP Fast Lane
  3. Select your application
  4. Follow the on screen prompts to check the status of your loan

My status says “Funded”. Why is the money not in my bank account?

You received a Funded notice because Benworth Capital has sent your PPP loan funds to the bank account you provided on your PPP loan application. It can take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you do not see the funds in your account after 7 business days, please check your Womply portal to see if your status has changed. 

Why did I receive a Failed Funding notice?

You received a Failed Funding notice because there is an error in the bank information provided to us. Benworth Capital is working to fund the PPP loan you applied for, but we do not have access to the system where you applied and are not able to update your bank information.  You must update the information yourself on the Womply platform.

  1. Go to the Womply website at womply.com
  2. Log in to PPP Fast Lane
  3. Click Update Bank Details
  4. Click Connect a Bank Account and follow the instructions to connect your bank account.

Carefully enter your bank account and bank routing numbers. If there is an error, funds will be rejected again and you will receive another Failed Funding notice.

Your status will change from “Failed Funding” back into “Funding”. This will alert Benworth Capital to re-attempt to fund your loan.

Why did I receive a loan status notice that says Holding Second Draw?

You received a second draw PPP loan status notice that says Holding because Womply is currently reviewing your second draw application. If your application meets all SBA guidelines, you will be assigned a second draw SBA loan number, and contacted once the final review of your application is completed.

Why did I receive a loan status notice that says Secondary Review?

You received a second draw PPP loan status notice that says Secondary Review because the SBA is still reviewing your application to verify your information and issue a PPP SBA loan number.

If you submitted a second draw PPP loan application with another lender, then the application you submitted to Womply cannot be processed, per SBA guidelines.

How do I apply for PPP loan forgiveness?

SBA guidelines determine when you are eligible to apply to PPP loan forgiveness. We are monitoring your loan, and once you meet the SBA’s eligibility guidelines, Benworth Capital will contact you via email and U.S. mail with information on how to start the forgiveness process.

Until then, please visit www.sba.gov for information on how to use PPP loan funds to pay for expenses so your loan will be eligible for forgiveness.

What is the interest rate on my PPP Loan?

The interest rate on your PPP loan is established by the SBA. Please review your PPP Loan Promissory Note for the interest rate.

What can I use PPP loan funds for?

The SBA determined allowable uses for PPP loan funds. You must use 100 percent of the loan fund for these allowable uses for the loan amount to be forgiven.
