LBA CONSTRUCTION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ACADEMY CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL HOLDS A DEDICATION CEREMONY

(South Florida Album | The Miami Herald) The LBA Construction and Business Management Academy celebrated its first year of operation with the presentation of a Dedication Plaque on the school grounds. The ceremony also honored Miami Dade County Public School Board Members and the Superintendent of Schools. Appreciation Awards were presented to Miami Dade County Public School Board Chairwoman Perla Tabares Hantman, School Board Member Carlos Curbelo, and School Board Superintendent Alberto Carvalho for their enthusiastic support of the vision of the Latin Builders Association for the betterment of our community.

The celebration took place at the LBA Academy located in Hialeah, FL. The LBA Board of Directors and members joined LBA President, Mr. Bernie Navarro in recognizing the efforts of the school’s students, teachers, parents and most importantly the Principal, Ms. Gyovania Marante. In its first year of incorporation the LBA Academy earned a rating of an “A” from the State of Florida. The Latin Builders Association Construction & Business Management Academy Charter High School ensures that all students complete a college preparatory curriculum and develop the necessary skills culminating into postsecondary education, career training, and entrepreneurship. The LBA Construction and Business Management Academy is the first business charter high school started by a business association in the US.
